Refund Policy on Courses and classes:
At Indy Bloom Design, we strive to provide our customers with the best possible experience. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer refunds with a 7-day money-back guarantee for "Art of selling on Spoonflower, online course, and all of Mindy's online classes."
If you wish to request a refund on digital courses or classes, please contact our customer support team at hello@indybloom.com within 7 days of your purchase. After 7 days from the purchase date, no refunds will be issued. 
Please note that certain products or services may not be eligible for a refund, such as digital products or personalized items. Additionally, we reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that the request is fraudulent or if we suspect misuse of our products or services.

 

COACHING PROGRAM REFUND POLICY:

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for SHINE coaching. If for some reason you are not happy with the program in the first 30 days, we will refund you for the 30 days.

 

After 30 days, we CANNOT offer refunds on (Yearly/Annual) plans as they are a 1-year commitment.

CANCELATIONS:

Month-to-month Coaching plans can be canceled at any time. Please reach out to hello@indybloom.com to process your cancelations.

Right of Refusal:
We reserve the right to refuse access to any Indy Bloom programs/courses to any person or entity, without the obligation to assign a reason for doing so. We may at any time change or discontinue any aspect or feature of the program/course, subject to us fulfilling our previous responsibilities to you based on acceptance of your payment. 

We reserve the right to immediately remove you from the Program/course/communities with or without refund if you violate our Terms of Service, or for other reasons, Indy Bloom, in its own determination, finds reasonable in doing so.

ALL digital/course products can be purchased in USD currency.

All products for courses are hosted digitally through Kajabi or Circle.so platforms under the Indy Bloom Brand.

When purchasing digital goods your account information is created and sent to you via email where you can create an account and log in to the digital classes/courses/coaching programs.
